Privacy Policy
The Netty Professor LLC | Effective June 2026
This privacy policy applies to all apps published by The Netty Professor LLC, including Mah Jongg Stats, Muntin, and any future apps we release.
1. What We Collect
Our apps only collect what you choose to enter. For example, Mah Jongg Stats stores game results you log manually — things like win or loss, hand name, and game details. We never collect your name, email address, location, contacts, or any device sensor data.
2. How We Use It
Your data is used solely to power the app features you’re using. We don’t analyze it, aggregate it, or use it for any purpose beyond displaying it back to you.
3. Calendar Access
Muntin may request access to Apple Calendar to add maintenance reminders for upcoming tasks. This access is optional — all other app features work without it. Muntin does not read your existing calendar events. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars.
4. iCloud Sync
If you have iCloud enabled, your app data may sync across your devices using Apple’s CloudKit. This data lives in your personal iCloud account — we never have access to it. Apple’s own privacy policy governs how iCloud handles your data.
5. In-App Purchases
Any purchases made within our apps are processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We never see your payment information. Apple’s privacy policy and terms govern all transactions.
6. What We Don’t Do
No advertising or ad networks. No third-party analytics tools. No selling, sharing, or renting your data to anyone. No account creation or login required. No tracking across apps or websites.
7. Deleting Your Data
To delete your data, simply delete the app from your device. This removes all locally stored data. If iCloud sync is enabled, you can manage or delete that data via iPhone or Mac Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided data through one of our apps, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
